Laura Hughes - Personal Development Coach and Mentor

 

Having always had a passion for helping others, I found that Personal Development Coaching enables me to work in partnership with clients to achieve their goals, consider situations from a different perspective and be happier in themselves.  I support clients to build confidence and self esteem, overcome issues with relationships, career, physical and mental health, family, balance and rethink negative beliefs and thoughts. I work with neurodivergent clients to help to make sense of the world from their perspective and have lived experience of the difficulties and struggles that can arise.

Having found myself 'stuck' at times in my life, I know how hard it is to move out of something that isn't benefiting you whilst being fearful of the alternatives. Through understanding myself better and realising the happiness that could be achieved, I now tread a more positive path. I find that my life experiences enable me to be more open and understanding and know that I would not be able to help others had I not been through them.

My business has been created through my desire to help others be happier, feel empowered and to be true to themselves. I work instinctively and intuitively to offer a client centred tailored approach for people of all ages. I provide a non-judgemental, confidential environment which is completely focused on you.
